 Christmas Delivery

*Last orders for Christmas delivery within the Republic of Ireland (outside of Dublin) is Friday 15th December at 12 noon.

Dublin Area - Orders placed from the 15th December for delivery within Dublin will be delivered on the 23rd December

 

Belu Kids currently delivers within the Republic of Ireland.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days €5.99 
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days €9.99

These charges apply regardless of location within Ireland and number of boxes/items ordered. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched that day. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns:

All products Belu Kids stock are excellent quality brands, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard. 

 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund, please ensure we receive notification of this by email by completing our return form and return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unused, unassembled with all labels attached and in a resalable condition with all materials, manuals, and accessories included. Please ensure that your order reference number is on your return. All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email, including your order reference number. 

 

Once we receive the return we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding postage costs), using the same method of payment as the one you used on the original order, and we will send you a confirmation email that we have refunded you. Please allow 10/15 days for the refund to appear in your account. The length of time may vary depending on the card issuer.  As the time it takes to process a refund is dependent on the bank,  Belu Kids cannot be held responsible for any delay to you receiving the payment due to the actions of a third party.

Items received after 14 days of receipt of goods will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

 

PLEASE NOTE YOU  ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US

Postage costs for returned items are at the expense of the customer. We do not provide a drop off service and advise that you use a fully trackable method for your return, fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the item is strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit, due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to issue a refund. 

Please obtain a copy of proof of postage with tracking in case your order is delayed or lost on the way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your return. Belu Kids cannot take any responsibility for loss of items being returned to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Belu Kids strives to ensure that all of our purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery. If however in the unlikely event that you  receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. 

 

Where the item you have purchased from Belu Kids is faulty, you must notify us immediately, in writing providing details of the issue with the item by filling in our returns form. You must return the faulty item to us within 30 days. On receipt of your item, we will check this to ensure that the fault is genuine and if it is, decide on the appropriate form of redress i.e., (replacement or refund) which is at our discretion. Belu Kids are not responsible for any fault caused by misuse of the item. In the event we are unable to replace the faulty item, we will arrange for you to receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, in the same form as the original payment.
