In the event that you do not agree to the terms and conditions outlined, you should refrain from using this site.

Notwithstanding this, occasionally circumstances may arise where information on our website contains a typographical error inaccuracy or omission involving products description, pricing, promotion, offers, shipping costs, delivery times and/or availability.
Products on our website are presented as exact to the actual product as possible. We are unable to guarantee that colours and/or details of a product presented on our website are completely the same as the actual product provided. Where an error has occurred inadvertently or information needs to be updated, we reserve the right to make all necessary changes immediately without prior notification, including cancelling your order.

You many only establish a link to our website with permission. Such permission will not be granted where you do not own the website associated with the link, if we consider that allowing the link would cause us reputational damage, could be considered dishonest or illegal. You must not establish a link to indicate any form of alliance, authorization, or endorsement with Belu Kids without our prior approval. We reserve the right to withdraw our permission without notice.
Governing Law
Our website is hosted, controlled, and operated from the Republic of Ireland and consequently governed by Irish law, subject to the terms of Public International Law. Where there is a dispute concerning any issue specified in, or that occurs out of this agreement, the Irish law will apply, and the appropriate courts of the Republic of Ireland will have jurisdiction.
SALE OF GOODS
Terms apply to the purchase of products from our site. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before you proceed and order products from our website.
Processing Online Orders
In processing your order, the following steps are necessary to create a contract for online purchases between you and Belu Kids:
- The order for your products will be placed on our Website when you press the ‘confirm order’ button at the end of the checkout process. You will receive simple instructions to guide you through the process of placing your order on our website
- Products prices do not include delivery charges. You will be advised of our delivery charges before you confirm your order as part of the check-out process.
- Before you place your order you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be unable to place an order for any product on our website site.
- Once your online order has been placed and your Debit/Credit card payment has been authorised and payment has been received, we will send you an email confirming your order, using the e-mail address you provide in your order form. It is important that you enter a valid email address. In the event that you do not receive confirmation of your order from us, please check you junk or spam mail
- Where your order is not accepted you will receive an email from us concerning same.
When you place an order on our website you agree the following:
- Information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
- You will notify us directly and without delay, where there are any changes to the information you have submitted to the website.
- You are the authorised holder of any credit/ debit card used to purchase product(s) on the website.
- Your information can be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You will not use any content or information contained on our website for commercial use.
- You accept the terms and conditions of our website when you click the ‘confirm order’ button. This means that you give your permission for us to debit your account upon confirmation of your order for delivery.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. However, the terms and conditions in place at the time you ordered an item are the terms and conditions that you have accepted and apply. On placing an order, you are considered to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend any mistakes concerning information on our website or that we issue, without liability.
Shipping and Delivery
Every effort is made to provide the most competitive shipping rates available to us. Shipping costs incurred cover the cost of the shipping as charged by the third-party delivery company we use.
Orders place before 12 noon will be despatched that day. Orders places on the weekend and public holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. When placing an order, you can select either standard or express delivery. Orders for delivery within the republic of Ireland will be charged at the following rate:
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days €5.99
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days €9.99
These charges apply regardless of location within Ireland and number of boxes/items ordered.

Price and Promotions
Free gift promotions advertised online are available while stocks last. Where you order an item on promotion that is unavailable, we cannot offer you this item at this promotional arrangement at a future point. The price shown at time of purchase is what you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. Where the price of an item decreases after you have made a purchase, we cannot give you the discounted price.
It is important to ensure that you enter your voucher and/or promotional code at the time you place an order on the 'Shopping Basket' page and before you continue to the checkout. These codes cannot be applied after you leave the ‘Shopping Basket’ page. Please read the terms and conditions of your voucher and/or promotional code and ensure that the number and/or promotional code is entered correctly and in date. Returns
All products Belu Kids stock are excellent quality brands, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund, please ensure we receive notification of this by email by completing our return form and return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unused, unassembled with all labels attached and in a resalable condition with all materials, manuals, and accessories included. Please ensure that your order reference number is on your return. All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email, including your order reference number.
Once we receive the return we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding postage costs), using the same method of payment as the one you used on the original order, and we will send you a confirmation email that we have refunded you. Please allow 10/15 days for the refund to appear in your account. The length of time may vary depending on the card issuer. As the time it takes to process a refund is dependent on the bank, Belu Kids cannot be held responsible for any delay to you receiving the payment due to the actions of a third party.
Items received after 14 days of receipt of goods will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US
Postage costs for returned items are at the expense of the customer. We do not provide a drop off service and advise that you use a fully trackable method for your return, fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the item is strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit, due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Please obtain a copy of proof of postage with tracking in case your order is delayed or lost on the way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your return. Belu Kids cannot take any responsibility for loss of items being returned to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Belu Kids strives to ensure that all of our purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery. If however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where the item you have purchased from Belu Kids is faulty, you must notify us immediately, in writing providing details of the issue with the item by filling in our returns form. You must return the faulty item to us within 30 days. On receipt of your item, we will decide on the appropriate course of action which is at our discretion. Belu Kids are not responsible for any fault caused by misuse of the item. In the event we are unable to replace the faulty item, we will arrange for you to receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, in the same form as the original payment.
Stock
Typically items shown as ‘In Stock’ on our website are available for immediate sale. However, there may be circumstances where this is not the case and the item ordered is out of stock. Where we receive an order for an item that is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Where this occurs, you will be notified by email confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released and/or payment refunded for the relevant item(s) in accordance with our payment terms. Where there are multiple items ordered, the other items ordered and in stock will be sent out as normal.
Data Protection
We recognise the importance of protecting your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to a third party. Further information on how we will protect your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Product Descriptions
We recognise the importance of ensuring that descriptions, details, and prices of the items on our website are correct and take every reasonable effort to ensure that this information is accurate.
Payment
When ordering item from our website only the following payment methods are accepted.:

We are unable to accept the following methods of payment for orders on our website:
- Cheques or postal orders
- International debit cards
- Purchase orders
- One for All Vouchers or equivalent
When you place an order on our website using your credit, debit card or charge card we will authenticate the name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process alongside the appropriate third-party databases. This is done to protect you and to ensure that your card is not being used without your knowledge and consent. In accepting these terms and conditions you consent to us performing these checks. In doing so, your personal information you provide may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of this information. This is specially done to authenticate your identity. Information you provide will be secured and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Product Safety
We only stock products that comply to the CE standards to ensure the items we sell conform with approved safety standards. We also highlight the suitability age for each toy. It is important that you check the product before giving this to a child to ensure it is suitable for their age. You should also adhere to the instructions, warnings and recommendations on the packaging and any manuals to ensure safe use of the product you have purchased. Toys that are used by older children must be kept out of reach of younger children.
To ensure you select the best product, before you make a purchase you should ensure it is appropriate for their age and capability; the product complies with European safety standards; you read and follow all instructions for use and heed any warnings and that you do not purchase items with small parts that could present a choking hazard for young children under 3 years of age.
Before giving any product to a child it is important to remove and appropriately dispose of all packaging, particularly plastic that presents a risk of suffocation. Products should be assembled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. It is important to check the product periodically to ensure product remains intact and is fit for purpose and does not create a risk to safety. In addition, children should be supervised while at play.
Sale of Services
We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and/or to discontinue any service or product we provide at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services on our website (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of such products and/or services.
Severability
Each of these terms and conditions operate separately. Where a court or relevant authority considers any of these terms to be unlawful or unenforceable, they will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
Where we do not enforce our rights against you or delay in doing so, this will not mean we have waived our rights against you and that you do not have to comply with your obligations. If we do waive our rights against you we will do so in writing, and this will not mean that we automatically waive any later right by you.
Waiver
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Resale of Our Products
Products are provided for personal, domestic, and private use only. Where we have reason to believe you are purchasing items from us with the intention of reselling them we take the following action:
- refuse to accept your order
- cancel your order
- accept your order subject to agreeing additional or alternative terms with you (see below);
- treat your order as though you are buying products in the course of your business.
In instances where you are buying to resell, consumer rights under the consumer protection legislation shall not apply to you. In these circumstances your right to cancel an order in within 14 days will not apply. However, where items are faulty you may return them within 7 days and will be liable for the full cost of returning the item. Returns received after 7 days will not be processed.
Gift Cards
Belu Kids eGift Cards are available for purchase and can be used to purchase items from our online store. Please note, our eGift cards cannot be used as a payment method for items on pre-order or for purchasing eGifts cards.
Disposal of Waste and Recycling
Please note that all Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries must be recycled and must never be placed in your household wheelie bin for collection. You may return old WEEE or batteries to your local civic amenity site for appropriate disposal. Your local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge as the recycling facility the provide.
